Simplify. Delegate. Grow.

3 Systems to Get Unstuck and Kickstart Growth Before the Year Ends

A live, hands-on workshop for gym owners tired of doing it all and ready to end 2025 strong.

Investment: $100 USD

Why You Need to Simplify, Delegate, and Grow

If you’re like many gym owners, you’re stuck at a plateau:

  • If you step away for a day or two, things start going backwards.

  • You’re buried in admin work, lead follow-up, and client and team management. There’s no time leftover to proactively grow your business, let alone have some time for yourself.

  • You’re stuck on the “one-in, one-out treadmill.” Your retention is good, but your new member sales are a trickle. So your revenue’s not budging.

  • You love what you do, but you’re making less than you should for the amount of work you’re putting in.

You’re more than willing to work your ass off. The issue isn’t a lack of effort.

It's a lack of systems.

Without systems, you’ll always be the bottleneck.

But with them, you’ll finally see things moving in the right direction. You’ll have more time and brain space,

your team will perform better, and your marketing will get done every week.

In this workshop, I’ll cover 3 systems every gym owner needs to break through the plateau:

  1. Simplify your model so it’s profitable and manageable.

  2. Delegate the right tasks so you’re not doing everything yourself.

  3. Lock in a weekly growth rhythm so leads and sales become consistent.

You’ll leave with a clear, ready-to-use plan you can implement the very next day.

Here's What We Covered

  • BFU’s Big 5 Framework to quickly spot where your gym is bleeding time and money (and how to fix it fast).

  • The pricing and service tweaks that instantly make your model more profitable without losing clients.

  • Why offering more hours and more services is killing your margins and the simple fix to reverse it.

  • A dead-simple 15-minute time audit that reveals exactly what’s holding you back.

  • The Gym Owner Task Hierarchy: what to offload first, who to give it to, and how to make sure it gets done right.

  • How to finally build a team that can run without you so you’re not the bottleneck anymore.

  • What an effective system looks like and why so many SOPs fail to create results

  • The Weekly Growth Engine: a repeatable rhythm to bring in leads and turn them into paying members.

  • How to design a weekly calendar that drives sales—without burying you in busywork.

  • The “Membership Mission Control” system that guarantees you’ll work on the business every week, no matter how busy things get.

About Mark

Most notorious well known for founding NYC’s wildly eccentric Mark Fisher Fitness, Mark co-founded Business for Unicorns to help gym owners build a gym and a life they love.

During Mark’s time at the helm, MFF was featured in news publications like The New York Times, The Wall St Journal, Forbes, ABC News, and more. MFF was listed on the Inc 500 list  of the fastest growing companies in America, Men’s Health named MFF one of the top gyms in America, and Mark and his co-founder Michael Keeler gave a TEDx Talk on culture.

After grossing nearly $34m over 13 years, Mark and Michael sold MFF so they could devote their attention to Business for Unicorns. In his capacity as BFU’s Chief Dancing Monkey, Mark gives keynotes, talks, and workshops all over the world. He spends his days endlessly hoovering up the most cutting edge info from the world’s best gym owners so he can share best practices with clients and BFU’s 20k+ strong audience of fitness business nerds.

Outside of BFU, Mark spends a few hours per week as owner and operator of a small group personal training gym, where he is a proud franchisee of Alloy Personal Training. He also hangs out with his Broadway actress wife and their adorable 3-year-old, enjoys martinis, coffee, and Burning Man, and apparently, writes about himself in third person.
