I recently asked 23 of the smartest gym owners I know how they actually use AI.
Specifically, I had them ask their chatbot of choice to make them a report with some specific questions I wanted answered. They all sent me their results to review and analyze.
Here are two things I learned:
1) Most of them are using it multiple times a day.
2) They’re doing different stuff than what you commonly hear being suggested.
On the one hand, this is good news. There are some clear trends and some actionable stuff. And it’s not rocket science.
On the other hand, if you don’t get this right, you do risk competitors pulling away. The small hinges are already swinging pretty big doors.
And things aren’t exactly slowing down. If you’re not using AI multiple times every day, now’s the time to get onboard.
